Products, pricing & GST

Prices are in AUD and include GST. We aim for accuracy but may correct errors (including after an order—if so, we’ll contact you). Availability may change without notice.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., stock limits, suspected fraud). Once accepted, we’ll email confirmation and process payment.

Shipping & risk

See Shipping & Delivery for methods, costs and timeframes. Risk in goods passes on delivery to your address (including Authority to Leave where used). Title passes upon full payment.

Returns & consumer guarantees

See Returns & Refunds. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Use of the site

You must not misuse the site (e.g., attempt to breach security, scrape, or use for unlawful purposes). You confirm you’re 18+ or have parental/guardian consent.

Intellectual property

All content (images, designs, text) is owned by or licensed to us. You must not reproduce it without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the ACL, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods in question.

We’re not responsible for third-party websites/services linked from our site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
