Where we ship

Australia: nationwide via Australia Post.

International: Yes calculated at checkout.

Handling & dispatch

Orders dispatch within 1–3 business days (handmade/small-batch items may vary).

Pre-order items show estimated dispatch on the product page.

Delivery timeframes (guide)

Standard (AU): 3–8 business days

Express (AU): 1–3 business days
Remote/regional areas may take longer. Carrier timeframes are outside our control.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Didn’t get it? Check spam or contact hello@tactiletoys.com.au with your order number.

Authority to Leave (ATL) / safe drop

If ATL is selected or the carrier uses safe drop, responsibility transfers upon delivery to your address. Consider a work address or Parcel Locker if unattended delivery isn’t suitable.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

Delayed/lost: We’ll lodge an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated.

Damaged on arrival: Email hello@tactiletoys.com.au within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.

Split shipments

We may ship items separately to speed up delivery; you’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

International duties & taxes

Import duties/taxes are the recipient’s responsibility and vary by country.
